At Shoreline Powder Coating, we are equipped with modern systems and technologies to deliver exceptional results

  • Pretreatment System

Our state of the art iron phosphate pretreatment system ensures excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance for coated parts.

We have a reverse osmosis system that serves as both a halo and rinse tank replenishment, enhancing the quality of the pretreatment process.

  • Drying and Curing

For efficient drying, we utilize a 10-minute dry-off oven, which prepares the parts for the coating process.

Our 20-minute cure oven, operating at a speed of 6 ft per minute, provides optimal curing conditions to achieve a durable and long-lasting finish.

  • Eurotech Reclaim

At Shoreline we employ Eurotech reclaim technology, which allows us to efficiently recover and reuse excess powder, minimizing waste and maximizing cost-effectiveness.

  • Manual Spray Guns

Using (2) Gema guns, we ensure precise and uniform powder application on your parts.

Our experienced operators carefully control the coating process to achieve the desired finish.

  • Cooling Tunnel

After curing, the coated parts pass through our 8-minute cooling tunnel, which promotes rapid cooling and solidification of the powder coating.

  • Conveyor System

Our conveyor system utilizes a Unibilt enclosed track, providing smooth and reliable transportation of your parts throughout the coating process.

We typically operate at a speed of 6.5ft per minute, resulting in a cycle time of approximately 100 minutes.

  • Size and Dimension Constraints

Our operating window allows parts with dimensions of up to 30” wide, 48” tall, and 96” long.

Longer parts need to be skinnier and shorter to accommodate the conveyor configuration.

However, we can handle parts up to nearly 100” in length if they are less than 10” wide.

  • Offline Mini-Booth

In addition to our main production line, Shoreline offers an offline Mini-booth equipped with a third Gema gun.

The mini-booth is dedicated to sample parts or very small runs, allowing for quicker color changes.

To maintain quality control and prevent contamination, we keep a small gap in the production line when using the mini-booth.
